Call Off Procedures

We are currently operating on a 6-7 week call off period for all first fix stair materials. We kindly ask that all first fix call offs include the following information to prevent issues from occurring during production and to ensure there are no delays in deliveries:

  • Site Name

  • Plot Number

  • House Type

  • Handing (AS or OPP the drawing)

  • Floor Height

  • Date Required​​

Please note: if first fix call offs are missing any of the information listed above, this will cause delays in production, resulting in delays on sites. If we have still not received the relevant information to proceed with production, this will then push your delivery back to a later date which will all depend on our availability at the time. 

Also, unfortunately we can not guarantee requests for specific delivery dates. We will always try where possible, however, our system is set up for week commencing to avoid any issues or problems occurring on site when we are unable to meet specific dates. 

Once we have delivered the first fix materials, we kindly ask that you then call off second fix materials (i.e. handrails/spindle frames) for those plots delivered so we are able to add them to the second fix schedule, to ensure that we are able to meet delivery dates. We operate on a 4-5 week call off period for all second fix materials and we kindly ask that all second fix call offs include the following information:

  • Site Name

  • Plot Number

  • House Type

  • Date Required

Please note: we are unable to deliver both first and second fix for each plot on the same delivery and you must allow at least 3 weeks after you have received the first fix materials for any second fix materials to be delivered for them plots, to allow enough time for production.

We would appreciate if you could abide by the above to prevent any delays occurring during production. If you do require any materials sooner than the call off period, please contact us via email or telephone and we will be happy to help in any way we can to meet your needs. Please also allow 2 weeks for any extras required to site to allow time for production on these. 

If for any reason you need to push any first fix or second fix materials back to a later date, we will need at least 2 weeks notice prior to the original delivery date, as we do not have the storage space within the workshop if sites reject any deliveries. 

Please be aware that if we are not given at least 2 weeks notice for any materials to be pushed back to a later date and these are already in production, sites will have to take these on the original delivery date and find storage on site as we will not be bringing any materials back to the workshop, as this is a health and safety risk and we do not have the storage facilities in the workshop.
